Friday, September 18, 2009, is our Annual Advocacy Luncheon. Last year was a big success with representatives from organizations throughout Michigan. It is one of the most anticipated volunteerism events of the year for those in Southeastern Michigan who engage volunteers in their organization.
This year stands to be even bigger and our guest Save the Date speaker will be Evan Albert, State Director of the Michigan office of the Corporation for 
National & Community Service. As more of our organizations incorporate the national call to service into our local programs, learning how we can benefit from and partner with this organization will be more valuable than ever!
Network with colleagues from all over Michigan, share ideas, learn new strategies and walk away empowered for the work you do in the community.
